Information Pack Cat Uses

Pack Cat is designed around trip packing lists. The app may use information you add, such as trip names, bag names, packing items, packed/unpacked status, notes, item photos, and sharing details when shared trip features are used.

Photos And Camera

If you choose to add photos or scan items, Pack Cat may use your device camera, photo library, and on-device processing to help create item visuals. Only use photos you are comfortable adding to your packing plan.

Shared Trips

If you use shared trip features, invited participants may be able to see shared trip content such as bags, items, packing progress, participant names or display details, and recent activity for that trip.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Pack Cat may use purchase and subscription status from Apple and its purchase infrastructure to unlock Pro features and restore purchases.

Support

If you contact support, Pack Cat may use the email address, message content, and any details you choose to provide to respond to your request.

Launch Updates

If you join the launch update list, Pack Cat may store your email address, signup time, page source, campaign tags, and country for delivery and aggregate measurement.

The website may use short-lived, IP-based counters to limit automated abuse. These counters expire automatically and are not attached to your signup record.

Resend processes your email address and subscription status to manage beta invitations, launch updates, and unsubscribe preferences. Cloudflare stores an operational copy of the signup record and runs the website endpoint.

Service Providers

Pack Cat may use service providers for app hosting, shared-trip infrastructure, purchase validation, website hosting, email routing, support, and abuse prevention. These providers process information only as needed to operate those services.

Updates

This page may be updated as Pack Cat moves toward App Store launch and as app features, purchases, diagnostics, or support workflows change.
